ACROSS 2000

Defined the difference...Harmony between high quality material and latest technology .

The Oyade Electric has firm design concept for a cables making.There is not compromise in it. The Oyaide always pursues a superior performance and we produced products in an nonconventional novel concept.We maked up tradition while succeeding to it.Our product takes in needs of a customer and a trend . We made 「ACROSS 2000」 with a new concept and firm design thought.The ACROSS 2000's architecture concept is an independent parallel layout and the exterior of rich ceramic white color.It have an innovative idea everywhere.
The conductor of ACROSS 2000 is PCOCC-A. The PCOCC-A has the same concept as PCOCC.However, it was updated in consideration of needs of a customer and the trend.
The structure is PCOCC-A Multi-Stranding-Structure to make balanced flexibility with density by seven ideal distributions. Furthermore,The each conductor twisted in a reverse direction, it suppresses mixture of a noise at the minimum.
Attention is to mount an insulator of developed C.I.S structure especially. The C.I.S structure makes faint vibration free.The structure makes improvement of a vibration characteristic and improvement of an electric characteristic.
The exterior adopts a Halogen-free sheath for exclusive use of an audio system developed newly by Furukawa Elec.. It revitalize low tone level without loss by a good vibration characteristic and a good electric characteristic,.
"ACROSS 2,000" adopted a conductor of high quality and new material, new structure of Furukawa Electric.

PCOCC-A

The PCOCC-A developed by Furukawa Electric. This is an ultra pure single crystal copper originally developed by Professor Ohno. It was then further evolved into PCOCC utilizing a single copper grain wire. This design results in an extremely low level of signal disturbance and loss factor due to the lack of crystallinebordersin the signal path.

We have further evolved this technology with a highly controlled heating and cooling process and improved surface management to realize mirror finish. It is now called PCOCC-A and it is the eepitome of Japanese craftsmanship.

Cross insulated stabilizer

In late years,We worked by vibration of a cable."ACROSS 2000" evolved in it more.It mounted a newly-designed insulator.(C.I.S structure)

C.I.S structure supports a central conductor not an aspect at a point.As a result, the mutual interference of a center conductor and the outside is suppressed to the minimum.The air damper laid out internally was designed by an idea different from before.
The approach to the vibration of the past was a structure of attenuating the vibration which did inner generation by the compound. However,"ACROSS 2000"was made an idea of free the vibration.
Furthermore, "C.I.S structure "makes not only a superior stabilizer effect but also an electric characteristic better.It invented a high effect a large reduction of the electrostatic capacity.

Multi-Stranding-Structure

The leading part of"ACROSS 2000" is signal transmission unit PCOCC-A of 2sq which it arranged in parallelism.The structure reflected firm design concept too.

A wire did not twist the all,It made stable the wire of seven one units geometrically.In addition,seven units were made one group.It was in removing a random gap between wire. As a result, it suppressed a distortion at the minimum.Furthermore,the conductor twisted in a reverse direction and it suppresses mixture of a noise at the minimum.

"ACROSS 2000" are compatible with high-quality sound and usability.

Characteristic

"ACROSS 2000" is an excellent transmission performance.
Its development had the necessity passing a signal precisely. At the same time, superior response to introduce information into instantly and a superior performance were demanded.

"ACROSS 2000" has the advantage of the improvement of power by wideband and the transmission loss is reduction.Because it succeeded in wonderful low capacity of capacitance.(24.7pF/m(1kHz)) It is designed in high impedance(218Ω)and enables efficient signal transmission.

 

Insulating material / Outer sheath materials

As for The outer of ACROSS 2000, the sheath material only for audio was supplied for the cooperation of Furukawa Electric, too. The halogen-free sheath was in conformity to RoHS directive. It enabled pure signal transmission with a high vibration attenuation characteristic by the combination ratio of material.
An electric characteristic is excellent, the rise of the relative permittivity in the bass sound by the exterior is controlled and it controlled the rise of the amount of attenuation. As a result, the enhanced bass sound is reproduced.

The insulator used the polymer polyolefin. The dielectric constant is a low characteristic by 25 percent compared to former PVC.As a result, a random space was removed and it got rid of quality deterioration by a distortion between a line.
